Goals

1. 1.In FY 2025-26, Ocala Civic Theatre will continue to grow and expand access to our existing programs by 30%. We will achieve this by diversifying our outreach initiatives, enhancing partnerships with local schools and community organizations. We will invest in marketing strategies that reach underserved populations, ensuring that the arts are accessible to all members of our community.
2. 2.We will invest in the capacity of our organization by increasing our staff resources and development opportunities by 20%. This will include hiring additional personnel in key roles, implementing training programs, & enhancing our tech infrastructure. These investments will empower our team to deliver exceptional theatrical experiences and effectively support our community’s artistic needs.
3. 3.Increase ticket sales by 10% over the season. With our upcoming Engage Ticketing Initiative, we will expand accessibility through our Play/Date for parents with young children, Responders discounts, and Teacher/Student Rush tickets.
