Goals

1. 1.Enhance the Coordinator In Training (CIT) system with an expanded and engaged opportunity network connecting youth to meaningful employment and other life advancement opportunities. Three workgroups have been formed: 1) Curriculum-Develop standardized training curriculum 2) Access -accessible enrollment opportunity 3) Equitable -expand network of opportunity partners
2. 2.Assess the systems, data and evaluation needs of our administrative infrastructure and program services in order to identify technology and software solutions. Our aim is to automate and streamline our data collection, entry and analysis processes, simplify our systems, improve information sharing amongst team members, and strengthen our evaluation capacity to measure and articulate our impact.
3. 3.Improve our financial viability and foundation through the diversification of revenue sources that reduce dependency on any single stream and enhance our ability to carry out our mission. Specifically, our fundraising initiatives include building an individual donor stream, securing unrestricted foundation grants, and raising funds through event ticket sales/sponsorships, and merchandise sales.
