Vision

[VISION] We envision a new reality where our community takes radical responsibility for each other. Where support, service, and generosity are guiding principles of daily living. Where there is a shared understanding that what happens to one, happens to all. We’re sometimes the seeker, sometimes the giver, but we all have a role to play in the ecosystem that is our community. We understand the more my neighbor thrives, the more I thrive – the more we thrive.

Goals

1. 1.(1.1) Improve the quality of VAC's basic needs services, (1.2) Meet the basic needs of the growing population of eligible clients, and (1.3) Reduce homelessness in Boone County, Missouri.
2. 2.(2.1) Increase and sustain board engagement, (2.2) Increase community awareness, and (2.3) Increase staff satisfaction.
3. 3.(3.1) Increase operating cash on hand, (3.2) Grow endowment, (3.3) Increase number of unique donors, (3.4) Increase donations, especially major gifts, and (3.5) Increase annual new profit margin by $X each year.
