ORGANIZATION FOUNDED IN 1942 BY IMMIGRANTS FROM THE ANCIENT REGION OF EPIROS, HALF OF WHICH IS IN GREECE AND HALF IN ALBANIA. THE PURPOSE OF THE GROUP IS TO HELP PEOPLE FROM THE AREA SETTLE IN THE U.S. AND MAINTAIN THE CULTURE AND TRADITIONS OF THEIR HISTORIC HOMELAND.
