Goal One: Growth: achieved with a strategic coach recruitment plan, athlete leadership education, impactful health & wellness programs, and Unified Champion Schools which creates change by social inclusion.
Goal Type: Focus on core programs to achieve mission and scale back on programs not seen as core.
Goal Two: Sustainability: direct at least 80% of funds to programs and monitor cost containment. Expand corporate and major gift initiatives, with donor experiences that make lasting connections to the mission.
Goal Type: Grow, expand, scale or increase access to the existing programs and services.
Goal Three: Awareness: improve the perception of persons with intellectual disabilities with effective digital/print media strategies, town hall meetings, family action network and Race for Inclusion campaign.
