BCNC's vision is that: -Families and individuals are self sufficient -Families are strong, healthy and safe -Children have opportunities for school success, and -Neighborhoods are strong and cohesive

Goals

1. 1.BCNC will establish a licensed mental health clinic, targeting the Asian and Chinese-speaking population. We will deepen the integration of mental health and trauma-informed approaches into all BCNC programming.
2. 2.BCNC will strengthen our talent pipeline and systems of staff support and development. We will assess the competitiveness of staff salaries and benefits to ensure high rates of retention and to attract candidates. Additionally, we will develop a volunteer and internship program to address staffing needs and build pipelines for staff.
3. 3.We will support the evolving demographics and needs of our community by fathering and analyzing demographic data and unique needs of current and potential future BCNC participants including where they live, their cultural backgrounds, and languages spoken; and define the implications of that analysis and create a response plan.
