SERVES AS A LINK BETWEEN DONORS AND THE COMMUNITY OF MARSHALL COUNTY, INDIANA THROUGH WHICH INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS MAY SHARE THEIR RESOURCES IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE. UNITED WAY IS LOCALLY OWNED AND LOCALLY GOVERNED AND IS SUPPORTED PRIMARILY THROUGH DONOR CONTRIBUTIONS AND FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES.
