    Women’s Advocates walks with victim-survivors and our community to break the cycle of domestic violence. WA began in 1974 as the country's first domestic violence shelter. While continuing this work , we've also expanding into housing stability beyond shelter, walking with ALL victim-survivors--regardless of gender, identity, etc.--and our community to break the cycle of domestic violence.
