Mission

The Police Athletic League of Jacksonville, Inc. (JaxPAL) enriches the lives of children by creating positive relationships between law enforcement officers and the youth of our community through education, athletic, outreach and leadership programs. Our early intervention programs are located in some of our city's toughest neighborhoods, where kids being exposed to crime, drugs, gangs, and violence is an unfortunate reality. We provide these children and their families with the hope for a better future, and the support and tools needed to achieve it.

Goals

1.Increase attendance in afterschool and summer camp, and expand athletic programs to new parks throughout the city,
2.Increase programming in afterschool to include drumming classes, voice over acting classes, Math Facts curricula, Literacy coach.
3.Provide training opportunities for teachers and afterschool staff, and professional development for managers.
