Mission

Educate and promote the history of radio and radio broadcasting to the public. Establish and operate an education center and museum to tell the story of radio history. Maintain and operate amateur radio as a matter of historical preservation and outreach.

Vision

CHRS envisions a vibrant, accessible museum and archive that preserves the legacy of radio and broadcasting while inspiring curiosity, creativity, and connection through technology, storytelling, and hands-on learning.

Goals

1.To be a hub for the community where people connect to learn from others in the community.
2.To have a sustainable organization that can support not only itself, but also offers sustainability by actively participating in waste stream diversion and participates in other green initiatives.
3.To continue outreach to expand knowledge about the services provided by CHRS and the presence of this resource.
