Goals

1.Quality Operations and programming: By 2023, BBBSYC will achieve BBBSA "Quality Award" status
2.Program Growth & Impact: By 2023, BBBSYC will create high-quality, positive customer experience for Bigs, Littles, and Parent/Guardians
3.Financial Sustainability: By 2023, BBBSYC will have a diversified fund development plan that raises at least 65% of revenues from sources other than special events.
