    PRESBYTERIAN HOMES IN THE PRESBYTERY OF LAKE ERIE

    Mission

    We are committed to providing a continuum of care consisting of short term rehabilitation, long term skilled care, memory care, personal care and independent living, all within a home-like setting and with a person-centered care philosophy, serving the Presbytery of Lake Erie (Erie, Crawford, Warren, Venango, McKean and Forest counties). During the current year, Presbyterian Homes operated a skilled nursing facility in Erie, PA (Manchester Commons),and also operates a personal care homes at Manchester Commons. These facilities continued to provide care even after the resident has exhausted their own resources. Hospice care is provided through a partnership with local hospice providers so that residents and their families have the full assurance of comprehensive care through end of life. In 2024, Presbyterian Homes provided $283,000 in benevolent care and $2,300,000 of uncompensated care.
