Vision: To serve as a non-profit leader in Centre County capable of promoting and organizing collaborative response to human service challenges such that every citizen has access to a secure future. Mission: To improve lives by prioritizing needs and mobilizing human and financial resources to positively impact the education, financial stability and physical and emotional health of our neighbors.
