    Mission

    We provide programs and services for Older Adults that reside in Cameron, Elk and McKean Counties in Pennsylvania. We perform Protective Services Investigations on reported abuse, neglect, abandonment and exploitation. We manage the care of older adults through the OPTIONS Personal Care program and Caregiver Support Programs. We offer Congregate Meals and Health/Wellness programs in 14 Senior Centers. We provide Functional Eligibility Determination Assessments, Home Delivered Meals, Medicare Insurance Counseling, Information/Referral and Ombudsman services. We also provide management of Domiciliary Care Homes.
