We will strengthen our ability to meet the individual and evolving needs of those affected by domestic violence by investing in the growth of our people, deepening community engagement, and amplifying the voices of all survivors.

1.We build and continuously improve our organization’s systems to manage and protect the resources entrusted to us.
2.We strive to promote fairness and belonging, providing the highest quality services and removing barriers so all survivors can access the comprehensive support they need.
3.We prioritize the needs and wishes of survivors on their healing journeys by creating a supportive, affirming environment that treats all survivors with dignity and respect.
