THE ORGANIZATION WAS ESTABLISHED BY LAWYERS OF WESTMORELAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA TO IMPROVE PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM, ENHANCE THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE AND PROVIDE INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT THE ABILITY TO AFFORD LEGAL SERVICES THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE FREE LEGAL REPRESENTATION.
