THE CENTER FOR COMMUNITY ACTION IS THE DESIGNATED LEAD POVERTY AGENCY FOR BLAIR, BEDFORD, FULTON, AND HUNTINGDON COUNTIES IN CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA AND EXISTS TO PROVIDE A BROAD SPECTRUM OF SERVICES TO THE LOW INCOME RESIDENTS OF THESE COUNTIES.
