Mission

THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO WORK WITH DONORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND HOMEOWNERS TO PROVIDE DECENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THOSE IN NEED IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, AND TO MAKE SHELTER A MATTER OF CONSCIENCE WITH PEOPLE IN FRANKLIN COUNTY.

A world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Goals

1.We aim to increase our house production by developing lots for future Habitat houses and hiring additional staff to serve more families.
2.We are evaluating a new funding model for our partner families to utilize in the securing of a mortgage for their Habitat home. This may allow us to serve more families.
3.We are looking to hire more people, add additional training opportunities for existing staff, and we are planning a capital campaign to help us develop building lots.
