EICI works directly with employers to advance energy, power, and critical infrastructure systems by integrating applied policy and AI enabled workforce training into industry deployed programs that build connect skilled talent and strengthen the reliability and performance of regional critical infrastructure systems.

3.We have several long-term and highly effective workforce programming that result in 85% employment rates for our grads. We routinely review the KPIs metrics and procedures both internally and with our employer partners to ensure ongoing success so as to advance our mission.
