TO INSPIRE AND TRANSFORM LIVES AND CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH THE ENERGIZING POWER OF THEATRE AND OF THEATRE-RELATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, WHILE CREATING TIMELY AND RELEVANT ORIGINAL WORKS THAT ENHANCE AND STIMULATE THE PERFORMING ARTS IN CENTRAL INDIANA.

Goals

1.As part of our mission, we are constantly changing, improving, & adding to our list of topics for our ACT Out social-issue theatre program to keep up with the ever-changing world and remain relevant.
2.We have a goal to triple in size over the next three years to reach more constituents in the Central Indiana region and beyond.
3.We are committed to investing in the capacity and infrastructure of our organization. We will invest in customer relation management software, survey platforms, succession planning and more.
