Vision

To end the cycle of abuse through the transforming power of God

Goals

1. 1.After a time of significant transition, we will prioritize and invest in the organizational health of our nonprofit through the development of our board and completion of an HR cultural evaluation and audit, as well as an IT audit. We will act on all recommendations made to the end of moving into our next chapter with healthy leaders, healthy teams, and healthy systems.
2. 2.We will invest in the financial health of our organization to include onboarding a new finance team focused on up-to-date record-keeping and thoughtful financial planning; launching a Capacity Campaign to raise $250,000 for immediate relief and expansion of our programs; expanding our donor base and level of giving through targeted development efforts.
3. 3.We will diversify and resource our program continuum by way of: hiring additional program staff and recruiting new volunteers; increasing access to our current programs and services; introducing new programs and services to quickly and appropriate meet emerging needs and the explosion in the number of survivors seeking support.
