Vision

We envision a future where play is recognized as an essential part of the healing process and is available to every child in every hospital. We're building a world where entertainment is easily prioritized alongside care inside hospitals. One day we'll look back and ask "remember when hospitals didn't have video games?"

Goals

1. 1.We are expanding our Save Point vending machine program to inspire and encourage hospitalized kids. After a successful pilot, we are investing to scale the program and aim to deploy 10 fully stocked machines by 2027. Save Points provide toys, game codes, and uplifting items directly to patients throughout their treatment journey.
2. 2.We opened a new 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Saline, MI to centralize inventory, device prep, and fulfillment. This facility enables us to build and ship GO Karts and gaming devices more efficiently while employing local staff. It marks our transition from remote operations to an in-house infrastructure that strengthens long-term program delivery.
3. 3.We redesigned our GO Kart kiosks to improve durability and dramatically reduce manufacturing costs, lowering per-unit COGS by ~70%. This investment temporarily impacted our finances but now enables large-scale production (1,000s vs. 100s of units) and increases our ability to serve more hospitals while reinvesting surplus into future manufacturing.
