Vision

Monterey Zoological Society hopes to assure the future and survival of ALL species on the planet, human and animal alike. To do so, humans must prove that we can protect all remaining animal species on our planet. Monterey Zoo aspires to deliver the conservation message and education that will further that effort. That message and education must touch both the hearts and minds of our visitors which requires the help of our animals. Together we will "influence" our evolution vs becoming a victim of it.

Goals

1. 1.After reviewing the data/results of our existing programs, we hope to modify them to better achieve the task at hand, whether the goals of those programs be monetarily targeted or education targeted.
2. 2.We will remain open minded to additional programs that will both compliment our existing programs and goals as well as address additional/new goals that may become present throughout the evolution of our planet.
3. 3.We are the ambassadors of all animal species, the voice and representation of their future and species survival. Anything and Everything we can do to further that goal is and will always be our commitment to those animal species.
