Mission

We exist to help young people feel good in their bodies and with food by raising funds to educate and equip adults to help young people develop positive body image and relationships with food and provide grants to those in need of intensive treatment for an eating disorder.

Vision

OUR VISION IS A WORLD WITHOUT EATING DISORDERS.

Goals

1.We aim to reach and serve at least 1.0 million United States role models by 2030, equiping them with What to Say to support kids' positive food relationship and body image.
2.Increase our staff expertise for each key operations and program area.
3.We created a program to serve, specifically, BIPOC people who have eating disorders and we work to expand this program and its reach.
