Mission

IN 2024, THE ORGANIZATION FULFILLED ITS MISSION TO TRAIN, UPSKILL AND PLACE PEOPLE INTO HOMEBUILDING ROLES BY TRAINING OVER 200 INDIVDUALS FOR THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY AND PLACING OVER 60% INTO THE INDUSTRY. THIS ALLOWS US TO CONTINUE TO REDUCE THE SKILLS GAP IN THE CONSTRUCTION WORKFORCE.
