Hero Inc. exists to respond to the changing needs of the most vulnerable people around the world. At times, certain groups receive media attention for a certain time frame, but then as the news cycle changes, people lose interest. Hero Inc. pledges to not forget about the vulnerable people, even when the rest of the world has forgotten. In the past year specifically, we have had to adapt to a changing world landscape. With Russia's war on Ukraine continuing, Hero Inc has had to contend with conflicting media reports and opinions to find the best way to serve the Ukrainian people. As religious persecution has grown in Africa, Hero Inc decided to start a new program to support vulnerable parishes and priests, launching the program in Nigeria and Malawi. When a civil war broke out in Sudan, Hero Inc responded by raising support in order to evacuate hundreds of vulnerable Christians from the war zone.
