Mission

One For One is a non-profit organization supporting teens living in Chicago neighborhoods with high rates of violent crime and joblessness. For more than a decade, our organization has been dedicated to breaking the cycle of violence by enriching the lives of youth, allowing them to connect and thrive within their communities and beyond. Through our summer internship program, career exposure workshops, high-touch mentorship, and job placement, we provide opportunities that nurture values and integrity, and help our students create building blocks both personally and within the community.
