Vision

To break the generational cycle of homelessness and poverty across the Seacoast and beyond.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to to open a Thrift Boutique where our single women and moms will work to gain skills and which will sustain the LHOH program. We will then open a second LHOH campus for women and children in phase three and four of our program, therefore increasing our capacity to serve more families. In the future, we plan to open a home for men, called 'Paul's Place.'
2. 2.Our current need is to provide trauma therapy services to the children who live at LHOH, as well as family therapy. Children are the casualty of the war we wage against homelessness and hopelessness. The trauma our children have experienced, even before birth, result in difficult-to-manage behaviors. In house family therapy will greatly help families in the reunification process.
3. 3.Our goal as an organization is to increase our capacity, especially regarding our technology. We are in need of an upgrade in hardware and software, as well as security systems and cameras. In 2023, we purchased our first CRM system which has increased our volunteer and donor management capacity. As we grow, improvements in technology are vital.
