Vision

Our vision is to empower our clients (we call them guests) to reach their full potential by removing barriers so they may be come more self-sufficient. Paz de Cristo Community Center exists to help people achieve self-reliance, pride and self-respect. Lives are changed leading to improved economic standing, respect for others and citizen participation. Our vision and mission guide our work each day helping people who struggle with hunger, poverty, food insecurity and homelessness.

Goals

1. 1.Purchase a food truck for mobile meal distribution in areas not served by public transportation, but also doubles as a fundraiser at corporate events.
2. 2.Homelessness is on the rise for 18–24-year-olds and seniors. We will provide resources and tools to help prevent or end their homelessness.
3. 3.Implementing processes ahead of first-ever financial audit for 23-24; investing in staff training/professional development; upgrading and utilizing technology to increase staff productivity.
