Goals

1. 1.Expand the Facility Support Program to reach additional public facilities and community partners by 2026, increasing annual disbursements by 25%. Focus on accelerating response times and supporting high-impact infrastructure needs across Los Angeles.
2. 2.Implement a digital impact-tracking and financial transparency system by 2025 to monitor funded projects, measure outcomes, and publish annual dashboards on FOWLA.org and Candid. This ensures ongoing accountability and aligns with our Platinum Seal of Transparency standards.
3. 3.Launch the FOWLA Capital Sustainability Fund by 2027 to preserve investment income and guarantee perpetual annual funding for community facilities. This fund will respond to evolving civic needs and strengthen the long-term stability of public services.
