Vision

To change the culture of early marriage and trafficking of young girls in Helambu. By providing educational sponsorships, Tsering's Fund gives families an alternative to early marriage and trafficking of their daughters. Our vision is to create a culture where girls are given an equal opportunity for education, improve schools and their teaching curriculums.

Goals

1. 1.Increase the number of participating girls in Tsering's Fund programs. Seek out sponsors for specific, deserving girls and placing them in quality English medium boarding schools.
2. 2.Improve the quality of education for Helambu schools. Seek to employ teachers, augment salaries and help spread excellent curriculum.
3. 3.Improve overall health and well being of sponsored girls as well as provide career counseling for their future education. Work with schools to monitor the progress and health of each girl in the program. Provide career counseling as older girls prepare for secondary education.
