Vision

We envision a future where the diverse peoples of our region come together in harmony through the common cause of saving our natural heritage.

Goals

1. 1.Scaling Smarter Systems - Maintain smart and adaptive financial, data, and administrative management systems that are scalable, and which will support organizational efficiency and growth necessary to achieve our mission.
2. 2.Nature Access for All - Activate San Diego’s conserved canyons and river valleys, which provide nearby nature access to all communities, for education and stewardship, wildlife experiences, and the healing value of nature immersion, particularly for vulnerable populations and underserved neighborhoods
3. 3.Grow the Nature Based Economy - Support the expansive conservation movement in San Diego through advocacy and fundraising, and by creating on-the-job training and workforce development programs that are a pipeline to equitable, middle class jobs in the environmental sector.
