Live entertainment was paused with fans for most of 2020 and with that we had less tickets donated and our delivery decrease because of that 2020 revenue decreased over 82%
in 2019 we delivered over 3 million tickets... in the first 2 months of 2020 (pre covid) we delivered over 470K tickets... and ended the year around 735K... we expected based on the growth curve to be around 4.8 Million tickets given away
We just continued to be in touch with our donors while at the same time spending on development on more efficient delivery.
we developed a more robust internal CRM product that will allow our staff to stay in constant communication with donors and sponsors. This was not off-the-shelf software... it was developed in-house.

We are very much a technology-driven organization and with that, we require many in our organization to complete online learning and technical training on new possible software investments. Online learning could be API development in new software languages, a framework for new application development. Our charity deals with event tickets.... and its very much a supply and demand relationship. In 2020 fans at live entertainment halted for most of the year with select people and venues allowing fans toward the end of the year... We adapted by being in constant communication with our donors and continued relationship improvement to better position ourselves for when restrictions were lifted.
