To bring emotional healing to people affected by war or conflict through the provision of quality mental health services.

Tutapona's vision is to see individuals restored, hope renewed, relationships transformed, and communities living in peace, for the glory of Christ.

1.Grow our services to reach more people and places through a geographic expansion to one new country and grow participant rate from 5,500 to 11,000 annually.
2.Serve our participants through innovative, high quality, contextualized programs by maintaining programmatic excellence and improving our Monitoring and Evaluation outcomes.
3.Promote staff development through ongoing staff care, training opportunities, spiritual mentorship and leadership coaching.
