Vision

A world where geography and resources never determine whether a community has a safe place to learn, heal, or grow — where every organization working to change lives has a building worthy of that work, built by and with the people it serves.

Goals

1. 1.Strengthen CfC's hub model in Africa, and the Americas by investing in locally-led PM's, expanding AEC partnerships, and growing our project portfolio in each hub geography. Embedded regional directors and locally-hired PM's — 70% of whom are women — produce better projects and more sustainable outcomes. We have learned that local expertise is the most important factor in a project's success.
2. 2.Fund and complete priority projects in our pipeline — including maternal health facilities in Uganda, vocational schools in Kenya and Honduras, and women's economic development infrastructure in West Africa — closing critical gaps in health, education, and economic opportunity.
3. 3.Grow and sustain a majority-women project management team, prioritize projects serving maternal health, girls' education, and women's economic empowerment, and demonstrate that gender equity in construction leadership produces better outcomes for communities.
