Children of the Valley is a free referral based afterschool program for under-resourced youth in Skagit County, serving over 200 students annually. In partnership with Mount Vernon SD, Sedro-Woolley SD and Burlington SD, COV provides a daily structured program consisting of academic assistance, social emotional learning, enrichment activities and family support.
