Vision

Engage and empower young leaders to eliminate greenhouse gas pollution and achieve a transition away from an extractive, profit-based economy towards one that is equitable and regenerative to build a thriving world.

Goals

1. 1.Grow the climate justice movement by building power in diverse communities across our programs through youth leadership development work and coalition-building. Expand our paid fellowship program to ensure youth leaders are equitably compensated for their work.
2. 2.Build the capacity of youths to meaningfully engage with local, state, and federal officials, urging them to prioritize and invest in intersectional climate justice solutions.
3. 3.Support wellness and resilience for frontline and impacted youth in the climate space. For the fight toward climate justice to be sustainable and equitable, we must support the mental health of those most impacted by the climate crisis.
