Elle Foundation

Mission

Elle Foundation conducts three programs. The largest program titled Supportive Services For Veteran Families provides supportive services to very low-income Veteran families. The Homeless Veterans' Reintegration Program(HVRP) primarily provides services to assist in reintegrating homeless veterans into meaningful employment within the labor force problems facing homeless veterans. The Basic Center and Outreach Program provides temporary shelter, counseling and referral services to run-a-way or otherwise homeless youth and their families. The organization serves veterans and youth in Shreveport/Bossier cities in Caddo Parish
