Goals

1. 1.Our co-founder relocated to Florida. He is aggressively reaching out to potential supporters'/ donors to increase our ability to assist our target groups in Florida. Our CEO is the President of the SW Veterans Foundation focused on preventing Veteran suicide. This has improved our outreach to additional resources of support and alliance to expand our ability to raise funds to assist more families.
2. 2.The Life Needs program is our primary focus so we can have a greater impact on our families as their financial struggles have clearly increased. Requests for rent/mortgage assistance have exploded. Some of the other programs have minimal participation so we will focus far less on them in the short term.
3. 3.We have done an activity audit and discovered we are spending far too much time on non-core activities. A plan is in place to create expanded awareness of our mission to create more support for our cause and recognition of the needs for our Veteran, Gold Star and Wounded Veteran families.
