SERVING THE NEEDS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN CONNECTICUT, MASSACHUSETTS AND RHODE ISLAND, AS REGARDS TO THEIR NEED FOR KNOWLEDGE CONCERNING THEIR PHYSICAL PLANTS. AIDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE WORK OF APPA.
