Vision

HSJCWA envisions a future in which all companion animals receive compassionate care and appropriate housing.

Goals

1. 1.Organizational Development - 1) Recruit, develop, and retain employees, volunteers, and board members; 2) Refine operational policies and procedures; 3) Improve Board Operations.
2. 2.Sustainable Streams of Income - 1) Nurture Relationships w/ Other Businesses; 2) Become a destination organization for community pet support beyond adoptions; 3) Develop fundraising capacity to support investment in and expansion of programs that support the community.
3. 3.Public Perception & Services - 1) Communication & Public Outreach increase; 2) Customer Service improvements; 3) Expand Services to the public (vaccine clinics, low-income spay/neuter, end-of-life care, pet food pantry, etc.).
