NCHARTER WAS ORGANIZED BY THE SAN BERNARDINO CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND NUVIEW UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF STUDENTS THROUGH INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING FOCUSED ON CHALLENGING EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS WHILE SUPPORTING PARENTAL CHOICE.
