Mission

The Jersey City Fire Foundation was established in 2006 and is the only authorized non-profit 501(c)(3) that supports the men and women of the Jersey City Fire Department (JCFD). Our Foundation focuses our goals to support innovative training programs and equipment within the Jersey City Fire Department that would not otherwise be achievable through available public funds; Develop partnerships within the community to provide the resources necessary to ensure ongoing support for the Foundation's mission. The JCFD Fire Foundation's all-volunteer board receives no compensation; every dollar raised goes back to programs that support our firefighters. Our mission statement is “For Our Bravest”.
