One Community Now empowers children, veterans, families, and individuals facing hardship by providing food assistance, veteran support services, employment resources, housing stabilization, recovery support, and connections to life-changing community services. Through collaboration, compassion, and faith in action, we work to eradicate childhood hunger, restore stability for veterans, and help individuals build healthier, more independent futures.
