Goals

1. 1.House of Heroes Chattahoochee Valley aims to expand its Home Improvement for Veterans program by increasing home repairs, engaging more volunteers, and securing funding to serve more veterans. We are committed to this strategy due to growing demand, the need for greater community impact, long-term sustainability, and strong stakeholder support for expanding services.
2. 2.House of Heroes Chattahoochee Valley is committed to strengthening organizational capacity by improving financial sustainability, enhancing management systems, and investing in technology. This includes securing funding for office equipment, implementing a CRM for donor engagement, and expanding staff and volunteer training to improve efficiency, program impact, and long-term growth.
3. 3.House of Heroes Chattahoochee Valley will prioritize its Home Improvement for Veterans program to maximize impact, focusing resources on critical home repairs and volunteer engagement. Non-core activities will be scaled back to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and mission alignment. This strategy allows us to serve more veterans effectively while maintaining program quality and long-term growth.
