My Front Door Envisions a community where access to affordable homeownership and financial education continues to create a systemic change effecting enduring generational change.

Goals

1. 1.Informed by impact data, My Front Door is creating its first CLT project, focusing on affordability and stability for future families. The largest number of home buyers align with build projects.
2. 2.By reinvesting developer fees, land leases, and resale fees under a CLT, we diversify our income as a large part of our sustainability strategy to further reduce dependence on grant funding.
3. 3.As industry advocates, we collaborate for housing affordability, leveraging collective strength for mutual support, reduced duplication, and increased community impact.
