freeFall Theatre Inc.

Mission

freeFall Theatre creates opportunities for professional artists to present innovative, high quality, affordable, and thought-provoking experiences. freeFall engages and inspires audiences in the Tampa Bay region through daring artistry, authentic storytelling, and technical innovation.

Vision

freeFall Theatre will be Tampa Bay’s leading professional theatre, known nationally for innovative, high-quality productions that engage diverse audiences. We will ensure long-term sustainability through strong donor support, board growth, and programming that nurtures artists and inspires our community.

Goals

1.Especially since 2020 and the changes we have experienced in audience behavior, freeFall has been focused on scaling our mainstage production runs so that we offer just enough ticket sales to account for reasonable growth -- with the particular intention to boast nearly sold-out audiences at each performance.
2.Leadership has spent 3 years focusing on building cash reserves, which have grown six-fold to now represent three months' operating expenses. We wish to build a larger cushion before launching an endowment campaign.
