INDEPENDENCE CAY PROVIDES A DAILY SOUP KITCHEN ( 7 DAYS PER WEEK) SHOWERS AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES FOR HOMELESS MEN AND WOMEN. THE SOUP KITCHEN SERVES AN AVERAGE OF 35-45 INDIVIDUALS PER DAY. SHOWER AND LAUNDRY FACILITIES SERVE AN AVERAGE OF 12-15 INDIVIDUALS PER DAY.IN ADDITION TRANSITIONAL HOUISING IS PROVIDED FOR UP TO TWELVE ( 12) MEN AT A TIME.
