Casa Belvedere the Italian Cultural Foundation Inc.

Mission

CASA BELVEDERE, THE ITALIAN CULTURAL FOUNDATION, INC. WAS ORGANIZED TO ENCOURAGE AN APPRECIATION OF THE ITALIAN LANGUAGE, CULTURE, ARTS, MUSIC, LITERATURE, HISTORY, FASHION, CINEMA AND CUISINE THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, EXHIBITS AND CULTURAL EVENTS.

Vision

Casa Belvedere envisions a vibrant, inclusive cultural hub where Italian heritage, education, and community engagement come together to inspire lifelong learning, foster cross-cultural understanding, and connect generations.

Goals

1.Casa Belvedere’s major goal is to strengthen organizational capacity by investing in financial sustainability, effective management systems, and modern technical infrastructure. These investments will enhance operational efficiency, support staff development, and ensure the organization’s long-term ability to deliver high-quality, accessible cultural and educational programming.
2.Casa Belvedere’s second goal is to grow and expand the reach of its existing programs and services by increasing capacity, scaling successful offerings, and improving access for diverse audiences. By serving more students, families, and community partners, the organization will deepen its impact while remaining true to its cultural and educational mission.
3.Casa Belvedere’s third goal is to sharpen focus on its core programs that directly advance its mission, while thoughtfully scaling back activities that fall outside this focus. This strategic alignment will strengthen program quality, improve resource allocation, and ensure long-term sustainability and mission-driven impact.
