Mission

LET ME RUN IS A NONPROFIT WELLNESS PROGRAM THAT INSPIRES BOYS TO BE THEMSELVES, BE ACTIVE, AND BELONG. WITH A COMPREHENSIVE CURRICULUM THAT APPLIES THE POWER OF RUNNING, THE PROGRAM ENCOURAGES BOYS TO DEVELOP THEIR PSYCHOLOGICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SOCIAL HEALTH, IN ADDITION TO THEIR PHYSICAL HEALTH.

Let Me Run envisions a world where every boy is empowered to grow into his best self, resilient, confident, and connected to a supportive community. Through a holistic, evidence-based program, we inspire boys to thrive in all aspects of life and contribute positively to their families, relationships, and the world.

Goals

1.Boy Registration Growth (10-15% Year-over-Year). To achieve 10-15% annual growth in boy registration across all regions with a strong focus on retention, especially through middle school, by establishing clear recruitment and retention targets and adapting to regional needs.
2.Staffing Model for Sustainable Growth. To develop a scalable regional staffing model based in Charlotte that supports participant and volunteer growth without overextending financial resources, with a focus on inclusivity, community alignment, and consistent program delivery.
3.To increase fundraising efforts through annual appeals, parent donations, national and regional sponsorships, and CRM technology upgrades, ensuring sustainable revenue. Over the next five years, we aim to grow scholarships from 20% to 30%, enhancing accessibility for boys from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
